LHi Group Ltd. Announces Promotion of Paul Smith to Associate Director.
Posted by Lewis Cornwall on 27/11/2017
Paul joined the Lawrence Harvey business in 2011 as a Senior Consultant directly from a competitor. In the last 6 years Paul and his team have grown the Lawrence Harvey contract book by over 230 contractors and he has built a team of 21 Consultants spread across a number of vertical markets. This growth continues with impressive, yet well within his reach, headcount projections for 2018.
With a plethora of personal achievements, Paul guides the way for consultants looking to develop from top billers in to the leadership team. He is a member of the prestigious LHi MC Club following his recent achievement of reaching both 100 deals and the £1M in billings milestone.
He has been overall top Group performer, a recipient of a LHi Rolex for billing £400K in a year and has done this all whilst growing his own team, developing impressive team leaders and managers below him.
Adam Smith, London Director of LHi Group Ltd. has watched Paul grow into the role as Associate Director and was the first to congratulate him.
“It is an honour and a pleasure to announce the promotion of Paul Smith. As a recruiter, Paul was one of the best, a member of the MC Club, inspiring those around him through his ability to make placements. He is able to take what he knows and instil that in others and provide solutions to some of the most challenging aspects the job can throw at you. His commercial acumen means he is someone we trust in and rely on to make the right decisions to lead the business forward in 2018 and beyond. With huge plans and real momentum this is just the start for Paul and his team”.
Tom Glanfield, CEO, added
“anyone who has watched Paul Smith grow out the Lawrence Harvey contracts team has had a real lesson in commitment and leadership. Along with Adam, I’d like to thank Paul for his hard work and dedication.”
