Specialist recruitment group LHi Group Ltd (Lawrence Harvey, SciPro, Piper Maddox and Harper Harrison) announce the promotion of Mike Bott to Director, effective immediately.

Mike, one of LHi Group’s longest serving employees, joined Lawrence Harvey, as it was previously known, as a graduate in 2007.

His 10 year career at LHi Group is used internally as an example of what you can achieve within this business with determination and hard work. During his time with LHi, Mike has managed some of the most successful teams in the firm’s history and, in 2014, was selected to lead the team relocating to New York and set up, from scratch, LHi Group Inc, in the USA.

Under Bott's leadership, the US offering grew to 15 Consultants and a $3.5M turnover business in just under 12 months. LHi in New York now consists of 3 brands and 20 staff with plans to double that in 2018 across the Renewable Energy, Life Sciences and Technology businesses.

He joins fellow Directors Adam Smith, Jim Denning, Del Connolly and CEO Thomas Glanfield on the Board of Directors to drive the sales teams internationally, continuing on LHi Group’s upward global journey.

Glanfield said,

“Mike Bott is definitely one of the success stories of LHi Group. He joined me as a graduate in 2007 when we were a handful of people in an attic in Clapham. Now he runs one of our most successful international offices in The United States. I couldn’t be prouder of how far he has come and am looking forward to watching him go all the way with LHi Group.”

Bott said,
