LHi Group Ltd has seen phenomenal growth so far this year, with CEO Tom Glanfield announcing recently that they were celebrating 48% GP growth on top of 45% the previous year. Now, this week, the Group celebrated the opening of two additional international offices to further enhance the business globally.

The new offices were officially launched on Monday 1st October in Austin, Texas and Bristol, South-West England. Mike Bott, who launched LHi’s first international office In New York will head up the Austin office, focusing on growing the Lawrence Harvey brand with Jon-Paul Bramham joining him to lead Piper Maddox in this new location. Bott said “The opportunity to yet again, open an office from scratch is incredibly exciting. Launching the New York office was a big and rewarding challenge and I’m looking forward to emulating the success we had there here in Austin.”

In the UK, the appointment of Tom Clarke (formerly Associate Director of Opus) to lead the Lawrence Harvey brand in Bristol means the already huge client demand in the South West is now adequately serviced by someone with a wealth of experience in the technology market. Clarke commented “In the time that I’ve known the team at Lawrence Harvey they’ve quadrupled in size and gone from one office in London, to having profitable businesses in Manchester, New York, Santa Monica, Paris, Munich… and now Bristol! I looked on in admiration as LHi Group regularly featured in the ‘Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies To Work For’ and hit ‘The Virgin Fast Track 100’. I couldn’t say no to the opportunity to be part of that.”

Both new locations bring a host of prospects for relocation of staff within the Group and creates real opportunity for local talent to join this fast-growing recruitment business.

CEO Tom Glanfield is focused on his staff and the genuine opportunities that a growing business like LHi Group can provide.  By giving away 50% equity of the business to staff, Glanfield is truly creating a unique culture and a place where anyone who joins LHi is driven to push the business forward and contribute to the growth plans. Glanfield commented

"I don’t think there’s another business out there that can celebrate both continual major change AND high staff retention. Our people want a seat on this rocket ship, no matter where it’s going and that’s truly special. Now, with two more international offices, there really isn’t a better time to join us, whether you’re a graduate looking for your first taste of recruitment or a senior wanting to move to a business that can provide you with huge billing and global leadership opportunities – it has to be LHi!”
