Harper Harrison is a niche recruitment specialization that spans across the Built Environment industry, specializing in the recruitment ofreal estate, technical design, architects, and engineers. As a360 Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for building out a new market by mapping and managing the entire recruitment process, from attracting and engaging candidates and clients to making successful placements and account management while leading a team. As a Lead Consultant, you will have the opportunity to build your own business within our core business functions which will includeData Centers, Design & Commercial Real Estate, focusing on predominately retained, engaged & exclusive business.
Key responsibilities of a 360 Recruitment Manager include:
Identify and source targeted candidates to build your network of Civil and Structural Engineers
Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and qualifications for active roles
Business Develop into new and existing accounts to win client engagement, negotiate and sign favorable fee agreements using cold and warm accounts
Build relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and requirements for opportunistic business
Present suitable candidates to clients and negotiate offers and contracts
Prove expert market related recruitment advice and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process relevant to the niche market in which you specialize
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activity and candidate information utilizing our International Database
Manage offer and acceptance processes, including background checks and references
Provide post-placement support to ensure a successful integration into the role and organization
Project delegate across teams, brands, offices and countries to optimize success
Lead a team of 2+ consultants
What are we looking for?
As our Harper Harrison brand is the newest team to form, we are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a proven track-record of success building a recruitment desk and mentorship/management in the space to add value and growth opportunities across the specialization
Sales and Recruitment experience is required and knowledge and understanding of the Built Environment / Engineering landscape is a plus
A Recruiter that wants to build their presence in-office with aspirations to lead and manage a market and team
A proven-track leading a high quality candidate focused team to generate healthy revenue and maintain business standards as a team operating at 20K per head
A self-motivated, and self-starter attitude with the ability to identify, and create new opportunities for business and market expansion
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
