180 Delivery Recruitment Consultant- Piper Maddox (renewable energy)- Bristol- 22k-25k OTE: £45,000-£60,000

If you are interested in recruitment and don't want to dive into the business development of a 360 role, then we have the right role for you!

What would the day to day look like?

You will be a delivery consultant and focus on building a candidate network for existing clients we work with in the business. You are responsible for managing the process from outbound calling to interview stage, closing, offering, and onboarding processes. The key is to build and nurture these candidate relationships!

This role requires urgency because of the fast-paced nature, you will have two or three roles to work on within the week.

  • Create and develop relationships with new and existing candidates
  • Market mapping to identify and partner with new candidates within your market.
  • Post adverts using numerous job boards.
  • The ability to take control of the processes, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Candidate meetings.
  • Build a professional brand to build your network.
  • Gain referrals to help with lead generation.
