Your responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and candidates.
  • Acquiring new business and generating leads.
  • Actively reaching out to and qualifying potential candidates through various communication channels.
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and candidates, including introductions, interviews, contract negotiations, and on-boarding processes.
  • Posting job ads across various job boards.
  • Gaining expert knowledge within your market to advise clients and candidates on their hiring or job search needs.

What we're looking for:

  • An open personality with strong listening skills to interact effectively with a wide range of people.
  • Initial experience or internships in sales is a plus (not required).
  • Efficient time management skills to achieve set goals.
  • Patience and perseverance to build and succeed in your market over the long term.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build relationships.
  • Excellent German and English skills at C1 level.
