Piper Maddox is one of the fastest-growing brands across the USA and Europe specializing exclusively in the Renewable Energy, Clean-Technology space. We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to join our Piper Maddox leaders and well-built out permanent recruitment teams to help drive our company's vision and market success and transform the future and save the planet through environmentally conscious hiring efforts. 

As the Recruitment Manager- Solar, you will have access to an existing team & support from our niche teams across multiple core business functions of Energy Storage, EMobility, and Sustainability focusing on predominately retained & engaged business. Naturally, in this economic climate, demand is only going to increase, therefore, based on performance this role could evolve into leading a division with planned growth.

What are we looking for?

  • Management/Leadership experience
  • A proven track-record of success building a recruitment desk and supporting a leader in the mentorship or management of a team buildout
  • Experience in leading a candidate focus team
  • A self-motivated, and self-starter attitude with the ability to identify, and create new opportunities
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A desire for in-office presence
