The role.

Leading from the front with client expansion, this role is all about Business Development. A large proportion of this position, is engaging, meeting, and retaining new businesses within but not limited to the Tech industry. Liaising with an extensive portfolio of existing business, looking to development accounts into long standing relationships across Tech, Life Sciences, Built Environment and Clean energy.

What we’re looking for.

• Proven Recruitment Experience: You have proven track record within the recruitment agency industry, exposure to but not limited to ‘360’ model.

• Relationship Builder: You excel at cultivating strong relationships with both clients and high level candidates, strong evidence of winning and developing accounts.

• Strategic Thinker: You approach recruitment with a strategic mindset, solutions selling, with an appetite for cross selling and collaboration.

• Results-Driven: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, clear understanding of your process, conversion ratio’s based on market activity and strong track record of ‘high performance’ billings.

• Team Leadership: Experience in mentoring, team/brand/office collaboration, and mindset if the business wins, we all win.

• Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, examples of establishing yourself quickly into new surroundings and entrepreneurial spirit in exploring new markets, clients and opportunities.
