This exciting opportunity is within our Life Science Brand in Munich. Our office is located in the city center at Karlsplatz (Stachus) and boasts a rooftop terrace with an unbeatable view of one of Munich's landmarks, the Frauenkirche.

Your tasks:

  • Actively sourcing and qualifying potential candidates through various communication channels.
  • Mediating between clients and candidates, including introductions, interviews, contract closures, and onboarding processes.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and candidates.
  • Acquiring new business and generating leads.
  • Posting advertisements on various job boards.
  • Gaining expert knowledge within your market to advise clients and candidates on their hiring or job search needs.

 

What we are looking for:

  • An open personality with good listening skills to interact effectively with many people.
  • Initial experience or internships in sales are desirable (not mandatory).
  • Efficient time management skills to achieve set goals.
  • Patience and perseverance to build and succeed in your market long-term.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Very good German and English skills at B2+ level.
