We are looking to hire an additional Talent Acquisition Consultant for our high performing global Talent Acquisition function.

This role is pivotal in the next stage of our journey, to support the growth of the US business. We are looking for a driven individual who is highly motivated to make an impact within the group by making lots of exceptional hires. The role of a Talent Acquisition Consultant:

  • Hiring for our four recruitment brands; Lawrence Harvey, Piper Maddox, SciPro, Harper Harrison, across all four of our US locations; New York, Miami, Austin, LA
  • Assisting with internal recruitment in our other locations if needed, London, Bristol, Berlin, Manchester, Munich
  • Roles vary from entry level candidates who are beginning their recruitment journey, to experienced recruiters right up to Director level
  • Hiring for operational support roles when needed
  • Motivated to overachieve set weekly and monthly hiring targets
  • Promoting all positions on our company website, LinkedIn and other job boards as well as creating a personal brand by posting regular updates to your network
  • Systematically mapping markets to identify the key players in each of our core areas, approaching candidates using headhunting techniques
  • Advising on hiring strategy by understanding the current market and spotting trends
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on their recruitment needs and talent attraction strategies
  • Managing multiple internal recruitment processes and continuously looking for areas of improvement
  • Part of the onboarding team/process for all new hires
  • Generating referrals from new and existing employees
  • Working with marketing to develop and execute hiring campaigns
  • Reporting hiring information and data to senior leadership team
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects to improve hiring or the Talent Acquisition function
