Energy Jobline (EJL) is looking for a conscientious, smart and driven individual who ideally has 2 years account management experience and looking to join a fun, respectful and tenacious online recruitment platform (...but we're so much more than that!)

What an Account Manager at EJL is responsible for:
- Client retention
- Responsible for 38 client portfolios, looking to grow to 50+ in 2020
- Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to relay important client information
- Building relationships with key decision-makers
- Adding value to client contracts
- Using analytical and reporting tools to ensure contracts are optimized for maximum success
- Accurate recording of all ongoing account management activities in the CRM system
- Providing clear revenue reporting, figures, activity and sales forecasts on a weekly basis
- Expected to grow a team within 12-18 months
The ideal candidate will:
- Ideally 2 years in a similar role (preferrably Account Management)
- Have experience using Salesforce, Excel, and Google Analytics
- Have strong interpersonal skills
- Be comfortable cold calling and meeting new people in a professional environment
- Be a confident communicator and relationship builder
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy attending social, evening, and networking events with clients and team members
- Be a passionate, professional, and a positive self-starter
- Have a respectful and caring attitude towards colleagues, adopt a collaborative and helpful approach towards work
