Who we're looking for:

  • Proven sales or recruitment experience with drive to go above and beyond
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills
  • Market knowledge advantageous but not mandatory
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously (strong organisational skills are key!)

What the role includes:

  • Approach and source potential candidates to qualify them (by telephone or face to face)
  • Business Development: Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients
  • Attend business meetings and visit clients on a weekly basis
  • Post adverts using numerous job boards available to you
  • Taking charge of your processes, including negotiating contracts and closing deals
