What does the Role involve?

  • Your first 12 weeks will be a mixture of going through our in-house training and building your candidate network!
  • Upskilling your communication skills, learning from different team managers and colleagues about their processes and implementing these
  • Various candidate and client meetings in the city & outwith
  • Business Development
  • Working toward weekly and monthly targets
  • Integrating with the team & demonstrating a proactive mindset
