The Opportunity

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in Energy Trading, you'll operate as a trusted advisor to utilities, renewable energy developers, trading houses, energy suppliers, technology businesses and commodity trading organisations across Europe.

This is a true 360 recruitment role, combining business development, strategic relationship management and specialist talent delivery.

You'll be responsible for:

• Building and developing long-term client partnerships across the European Energy Trading market.

• Winning new business through consultative sales activity.

• Managing and expanding strategic customer relationships.

• Developing deep market expertise across Power Trading, Gas Trading, LNG, Short-Term Trading, Quant Analytics, Risk, Trading Technology and Commercial functions.

• Delivering permanent, contract and executive search solutions.

• Advising clients and candidates on market trends, talent availability and hiring strategies.

• Building a specialist network across one of Europe's fastest-growing energy sectors.

You'll have the autonomy to develop your own market, supported by an established global brand and a team that has built unrivalled credibility within Clean Energy recruitment.
