This is a unique opportunity to work within our Lawrence Harvey (IT Recruitment) brand and act as the liaison between clients & candidates across multiple core business functions of Data, Cloud, and Cyber, AI and more!

The Role?

  • Expert within out niche technology specialism 
  • Education on Recruitment theories and tactics and marketing knowledge through our Learning and Development team and market experts who have extensive experience building relationships across the industry.
  • High volume sales outreach, both cold and warm methods to generate a book of leads to qualify candidates and clients for current or future hiring needs.
  • Acting as the liaison and point person between clients and candidates; managing the entire sales cycle and hiring process from sourcing, introduction, interviews, closing, offers, and through the onboarding process.
  • Communicating via email, face-to-face interactions, phone, LinkedIn, database platforms to meet set Key Performance Indicator's set by manager for lead generation, sourcing and business development with new and existing hiring managers to meet expectations.
  • Operating and scheduling your desk efficiently to consult clients/candidates on their hiring/job hunting needs.
  • Posting adverts using numerous job boards available to you.
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients for upselling purposes.

  • Sales experience preferred but not required
