The Job -

Harper Harrison is one of our newest brands that was initially established in London, 2015. Since then we have, in true LHi fashion, experienced great success and growth resulting in a 2nd office in Manchester. Key characteristics of this brand are being true partners to actively engaging clients in a mature and consultative marketplace. John, Camilla and the team are opening their arms to a natural relationship builder, to support the growth of this niche yet extremely lucrative built environment brand.

Working in the heart of the capital, you can physically see the impact of your work. With three main areas of focus; Infrastructure, Real Estate & Construction / Development, the focus has been and always will be adding value to clients with a consultative approach. Working in the tangible market, unlike this many others, you can truly help shape the city you work in!

The role -

Partnering with leadership, as an experienced recruiter, you will leading by example. Applying behaviours and good practice with a young & hungry team around you, management and directorship should be a key driver. Whether you are looking for a change industry or wanting to become a true specialist, this is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who enjoy networking, headhunting and taking candidates to market. We have an ever growing; Database, PSL and client lists that you will have geographic ownership of.

Support / Development -

Alongside a very healthy commission structure up to 35%, average fee's of £12k, equity based on growth and genuine opportunity to manage / lead within 12 months.
