For the last 10 weeks, we've been introducing and integrating our SciPro brand to our London office and building relationships with partners full front - ensuring we are right there with our partners making the difference with world leading products, devices, and research.
We are currently seeking for experienced Recruitment Consultants in order to take ownership of the growth and success of SciPro in clinical, commercial, research and executive markets, and redefining the brand alongside 1 manager. Your experience doesn't have to be life science specific - your experience in any recruitment industry will suit!

What we expect you to bring with you:
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience
- Driven by making a difference
- Market knowledge advantageous but not mandatory
- Interest in life science industry
- Looking to take ownership of process and brand image
- Proven track record of generating new business
- Ability to negotiate high level contracts and closing deals
What your tasks include:
- Building up your market by bringing in new clients and candidates
- Be an expert in your market: market mapping
- Building relationships with new and existing clients/candidates
- Meeting your clients and candidates as needed
- Supporting your manager as needed
- Meeting set targets and clear progression plans
- Assisting in mentoring as needed
- Demonstrate a proactive behaviour to business development and networking
