Graduate Recruitment Consultants are essentially entrepreneurs working in niche markets across all our industries! We will give you all the tools you need to stay motivated and successful when you join our ambitious, hard working team here in NYC.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Generating new client leads and building your market.
• Selling our staffing services to potential clients.
• Meeting with executive level clients and high level candidates.
• Recruiting the best talent in your market to fill client needs.
• Building your own brand, your way!
• Becoming an expert in niche markets.

What we Offer!

• Base Salary + uncapped commission (OTE earning over 80K)
• 20 PTO days as well as major holidays off (4th of July, Black Friday etc.)
