We are currently seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant who is up for a challenge and patient enough to see it through in order to reap the rewards!

Working alongside one of our top performers, this is a brand-new role which offers you the opportunity to work alongside one of the best of the best, who has been building her craft over the last 3 years.

This now allows the opportunity for someone to take on one of the pillars of Cybersecurity with the intention to nurture and see it grow.

What does that mean for you?

  • Focus will be mostly outbound calling and growing a network of candidates from Day 1
  • Once your network and client portfolio are established, we expect this role to become mostly inbound
  • Being the middle person between clients and candidates, managing the introduction, interview, closing, offering, and onboarding processes
  • Think outside of the box in order to approach and source potential candidates to qualify them
  • Build and develop relationships knowing it is yours to own
  • Business Development: seek new businesses and generate leads
  • Post adverts using numerous job boards available to you
  • Be an expert of your market - owning your desk and being able to consult your clients/candidates on their hiring/job hunting needs

What we are looking for:

  • Approachable and someone who can have a laugh but also knowing when to crack down and get the job done
  • "Get up and go" mentality - someone very proactive and ready to go above and beyond to meet set targets
  • Career minded individual - someone who is patient enough to build up their market without looking over their shoulder at other's success: understands that we're building something to last. (Opportunity to build your own team within 18 months is very realistic!)
  • Communication skills is essential; you shouldn't be afraid of picking up the phone and speaking with as many people as possible to help grow your network!
  • Someone with a thick skin will be important: able to handle feedback from managers or clients and adapt approach when needed
  • Team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to build relationships quickly
  • Hungry for success and not afraid to be money driven

What team will you be joining?

  • Your manager has been setting up Cyber Contract for the past 3 years ensuring that the foundations are laid so you can hit the ground running! But there is also a lot of groundwork- meaning a chance to grow and build something of your own
  • It will be outbound in the beginning but there is a huge opportunity to build a bigger presence and will eventually be all inbound of those clients coming back to you
  • Although you'd be the second person in the team, the opportunity to mentor future and become a leader could be a quick one!

What's in it for you?

Earnings: base salary starting at £22,000 (DOE) with uncapped commission so the harder you work the more you'll get. Expect to earn around £35,000 - £40,000 in first year as a minimum… If you're a hard worker think, £50k+!! Also being apart of out Brand New Bonus Scheme, where you can add on an extra £15,000 ON TOP OF YOUR BASE AND COMMISSION!!

Incentives: Qualify from Day towards some of the finer things in life: Lunch Clubs, MC Club, Treasure Chest, European & Global All-expenses paid vacations! We're headed to South of France in September 2022 and competition is on for Dubai in March 2023 for the races!

Training: 12-week training scheme from a specialised recruiters who will be there to guide you every step of the way from strengthening your negotiation skills, sourcing, engagement, sales skills and business development.
