Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition - USA - Competitive basic + bonus + travel (New York / Santa Monica)

Representing all of the LHi Group brands, the Internal Recruiter/Talent Acquisition specialist will be responsible for the attraction, onboarding and retention of talent across our Sales & Operations businesses throughout in our North America.

Opportunity to establish yourself as a strategic business partner as main point of contact for all hiring, on boarding and touch point for career development of all new starters in our Santa Monica & New York offices.

The role will include all aspects of internal recruitment - attracting, sourcing (advertising, gathering referrals and headhunting). Building key relationships with experience consultants in our competitors as well as careers centres at universities to ensure ongoing talent pipeline is kept fresh and hiring budgets achieved.

Growing LHi Groups' employer brand in the US, the role will require to be creative in your approach to the market whilst applying fundamental recruitment skill in mapping market, candidate acquisition, managing processes and closing graduate and senior recruiters.

  • Attracting graduate hires through a variety of methods - advertising, social media campaigns, careers fairs
  • Collaboration with Marketing to develop hiring campaigns
  • Working with the Head of People and senior leadership team to understand the current internal hiring needs and individual team and division requirements
  • Act as U.S. advisory on hiring trends and benchmarking making improvements and ensuring LHi as employer of choice
