The opportunity is to take ownership of 1/3 niche verticals: Data, Cyber, and Cloud divisions in our start-up office, which has doubled in size during COVID. Leveraging relations built over the last 4 years, alongside partnering with new clients to put your own stamp on building this lucrative vertical in a hotbed of a location. Current team size of 4 with an appetite to easily double in size by 2022.

The Role?

  • Being a market expert; Specialize within Data Analytics: Computer Vision, Quantitive Analytics, AI, etc.
  • Lead / Head up a vertical, drive revenue, strategically map out the market
  • Lean on 15 years experience of market experience to support growth
  • Partner and consult clients on an exclusive business & develop retained searches.
  • Being the middle person between clients and candidates, managing a 'full desk' making introductions, prospecting new clients/leads, pitches retainers, offering and onboarding processes
  • Travel to visit clients across the Mid West(when safe to do so) build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates.
  • Business Development: Engage, Consult, and truly partner with SME to FTSE 200 businesses.

What are we looking for?

  • Experienced Technology Recruiter - 18 months+
  • Thrive in a collaborative & consultative environment.
  • Cloud, Cyber, Data, or generalist Technology experience desirable
  • Recruiting a 'Full Desk' / 360 roles is essential (Business Development & Sourcing)
  • Sourced high-level candidates
  • Able to work in an autonomous environment.
  • Cross-selling & expanding existing business.
  • Good human - Add culturally to our diverse office
