What You'll Be Doing

As a Manager you'll have the autonomy to continue building on our Solar & Wind client relationships and building your desk/market as you see fit.

Taking over a team of 2; you'll be resonsible for mentoring, developing and enhacing their skills and career growth. As well as increasing headcount with budget to hire more from day 1!

You'll report directly into the Brand Leader and work closely to strategize on growing your market, industry presence, and be hands on in developing team culture.

What Are We Looking For?

Prior experience managing the full-life cycle candidate recruitment process (source, network, screen, recruit, market and close top tier life sciences talent)

Previous mentoring or leadership experience.

Passion for Renewable Energy and the way the world works, and the readiness to make your impact on this market.
