Opportunity for a digitally focused marketing expert to join a multi-brand recruitment business driving growth and creating business opportunities in line with the company wide sales and marketing strategy.

As part of the LHi Group Marketing Team, you will be primarily working with the LHi websites, email marketing systems, social media and digital projects across all brands in London, NYC, Munich, Paris, Santa Monica & Manchester. You will be responsible for executing the daily digital tasks, supporting the Marketing Manager on digital projects. This can range from updating and managing content via our content management system, creating and setting up email campaigns, social media posting and monitoring all online media platforms where we may have presence and analyzing success of digital campaigns, identifying and reporting back on areas of improvement.

You:

• Previous experience as a Digital Marketing executive is essential
• Strong CRM experience, ability to extract and dissect data effectively
• Email marketing experience, including strategy, implementation, analytics and reporting.
• Knowledge of best practices for email creative and templates, segmentation, dynamic content, testing methodologies
• Very strong attentional to detail with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of SEO, HTML & CMS
• Innovative and a strong communicator, you will need to present ideas with a heavy commercial focus
• Team Player!
• Ability to manage complex tasks delivering on time project objectives
