The Role:

  •  Liaise with new starters from time of offer, coordinate any relocation, onboarding processes, visa and employee documentation, and remote setup with Business Services and Talent Acquisition team.
  •  Ensure smooth, inclusive and an organized streamlined onboarding process for new starters.
  •  Drive an engaging and timely process to create the best new hire experience possible leading monthly new starter catchups.
  •  Act as a connector between new LHi’ers, their leaders and their teams throughout the onboarding and training process.
  •  Manage Buddy/Mentor Program to help enhance new starters' integration into the business.
  •  Build relationships with employees at all levels - drive efforts to ensure that new LHi’ers are successfully integrated into the team.
  •  Facilitate new-hire communications and feedback sessions, induction sessions with new starters, Business Services, Managers and HR/People Team.
  •  Educate LHi’ers on business professional, collaborative and supportive culture and values and lead by example.
  •  Help manage and upkeep the HRIS (LHiSpace) and all employee records - making sure all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  •  Collaborate with HR / People Team and health care providers on various culture, wellness, and benefit programs to inform business on offerings and updates and ensure all benefits are administered to employees.
  •  Increase HR/People exposure through additional projects including involvement with social committee, additional training support, competitor engagement research, interview engagement, marketing audit, employee visitor engagement, surveys and employee certifications and info sessions.
