We are opening our arms to innovative and energetic recruiter to help us grow our Piper Maddox (Renewables) brand in a developing and lucrative area of Bristol. With a proven pedigree of start-up success, LHi Group has an exciting mix of Senior & Graduates recruiting within 2 of our 4 brands. We are looking for an experienced consultant to compliment our close-knit team, step up to mentor and benefit from graduate resourcing & continue the momentum of this emerging brand in Europe. Taking divisional ownership, in a new geographic with the backing of the brands global presence is on offer!

The Role

This is a great vacancy to suit a tenacious and goal-driven candidate with a minimum of 18 months 360 recruitment experience and proven billings. Eligible candidates will be energetic; articulate, willingness to mentor graduates and desire to manage. We are building something truly special here in our Bristol office, therefore, an entrepreneur with a passion for business development is essential.

Working within this emerging market, you will partner with clients and candidates, developing networks, gaining an in-depth understanding and genuine interest to this transformational industry. A typical week, will see you attend renewable conferences, introducing yourself and brand on client visits & speaking to visionaries on a daily basis!

With four main areas of focus; Electric Vehicles, Solar, Wind & Grid Edge, the focus has been and always will be adding value to clients with a consultative approach. Working in this tangible market, truly being passionate about your work (unlike many others) you will be shaping & changing the way people live their lives.
