With a proven pedigree of start-up success, we have an established team in place and looking for a Pharma, Biotech or Med Devices experienced consultant to compliment, utilise and ultimately lead our reputation in an exciting time for the business!

The Role

This desk specifically has generated nearly $1million (over one year) in revenue, making it the hottest seat in the business. As a business, we are all about career development and offering people opportunities to progress, hence the role becoming available, we are promoting internally! This recruitment role will suit a tenacious and target driven recruiter who is looking to step into a leadership role in the future. You'll need a minimum of 2+ years' experience in a full lifecycle recruitment role is this you? Are you career driven, deliver results with candour & excited at the prospect of building and leading your own team within 12 months.

Following in the footsteps of several offices across the globe, our Santa Monica has taken full advantage of the recent 'Silicon Beach' movement. You will be working with clients from a 50 person bio tec to the Top 5 bio / pharma industry leaders in mixture of retained & exclusive work. Taking advantage of our strong reputation in the market, enjoying the challenge of growing new business and adding value to our existing clients is the minimum expectation.
