After back-to-back successful years establishing LHi Group GmbH in Munich, we are excited to be coming up on our 1 year anniversary of our 2nd German office and 8th global LHi office…

A bit more about LHi Group… We specialise in 4 transformational niche industries including: Technology, Life Sciences, Renewable Energy and the Built Environment. We're on a fast-growing trajectory, giving our specialist Technology Recruitment brand (Lawrence Harvey) a new home I the heart of Berlin to scale out of.

We already existing clients and candidates for you to join a hot seat, not to mention the back-office infrastructure; from internal recruitment, HR, training, contract & compliance teams, etc. to facilitate the fast-tracking of this transition.

We are currently looking for individuals who are up for a new challenge and interested in joining an established business at an early office stage, meaning you get all the advantages of joining a "start up" but all the benefits of being in an established business!

The Role:

  • Being a market expert; work in one of our niche areas and consult clients and candidates on hiring trends
  • Being the middle person between clients and candidates, managing the introduction, interview, closing, offering and onboarding processes
  • Approach and source potential candidates relevant to your market to qualify them (mostly done by phone, email or virtual meetings or face-to-face)
  • Travel to visit clients across the Germany, the UK and Europe
  • Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates
  • Business Development: seek new businesses and generate leads
  • Posts adverts using numerous job boards available to you
  • Owning your desk and being able to consult your clients/candidates on their hiring/job hunting needs

Who We Look For:

  • Native or Bilingual level German is essential to the success of this role - C1 minimum preferred
  • It takes time to build up your market, so patience and resilience is really important to the success of this role, embodied by a career driven individual
  • Communication is key
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to build relationships quickly
  • Sales experience is preferred, especially if telesales, fund-raising or from estate background
  • Proactive work ethic and eager to learn
  • Up for a challenge and ready to meet set targets
  • Not afraid to cold call and good phone etiquette
  • Individual who embodies and embraces our 'Good Human' ethos
