The Role:

LHi Group is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to grow into an Account Manager across our Key Accounts. As an entry consultant you will specialize in Full Cycle Recruitment, Team Consultation, Account Coordination, Marketing and Research. This role will focus on high quality and quantity sourcing, screening and interviewing. You will work alongside our Marketing team to best brand yourself on Social Media Networking platforms and network at events and through referrals to acquire the most talented candidates within your discipline. You will conduct research to best understand the market you are hiring within and provide market insight to your network. You will partner closely with our Sales Consultants to best understand the demand of talent our clients are seeking and provide business leads. You will manage full cycle interview processes through detailed coordinating and scheduling and leading candidate interview preparation and feedback calls promoting a strong candidate interview experience. You will maintain strong relationships with your candidates and be responsible for career feedback and check ins. As you receive promotion, you will be in charge of maintaining relationships with our top revenue generating accounts for upselling opportunities and managing and delegating recruitment solutions.

 

Who You Are:

Successful Recruiters are career driven individuals with strong verbal and written communication skills. To build meaningful yet productive long-term relationships, you will have strong interpersonal skills, prioritization skills, organization, a high level of emotional intelligence, resilience, hardworking, goal-oriented and ambitious traits. Previous exposure to a fast-paced work environment is preferred.

Our NY office's Learning and Development team and mentors of top billers will be dedicated to fully developing your specialization areas in your first 3 months. As you grow from an entry Recruitment Consultant, LHi Group offers continuous training to ensure your long-term advancement into an efficient and productive Recruitment Account Manager. LHi Group offers a competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary, uncapped commission, overtime, medical, dental, health, commuter benefits and a 401k plan. You will be granted over 20 days of prorated vacation/sick days. For achieving performance targets, our international business offers monetary reward incentives and regional and global travel incentives as well as team and office perks.
