The need. Due to the success of 2022 we have an opportunity for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Piper Maddox team in our London headquarters to work within our French E-Mob Market!

This is an opportunity to work alongside a manager who has 4 years experience within the French Market and setting up her consultants to hit their Senior Promotions between 12-18 months. The Renewable Energy market is an extremely exciting space to be working in, so we are looking for someone who has the same enthusiasm and passion for their own career progression!

2022 so far… This year we have increased headcount by 47% and financial performance by 66% year on year. We continue to be the leading brand globally within the LHi Group which allows us to grow aggressively across our core markets for 2023. We're looking to bring on more #goodhumans to join us in our new office, located in the heart of the city with views overlooking St Pauls, equipped with a wellness room, podcast rooms, private phone booths, ping pong table… need I say more!

The Role:

  • Being the middle person between clients and candidates, managing the introduction, interview, closing, offering and on boarding processes
  • Approach and source potential candidates to qualify them (mostly done by phone, email or virtual meetings - travelling for face to face meetings will be encouraged when safe to do so)
  • Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates
  • Business Development: seek new businesses and generate leads
  • Posts adverts using numerous job boards available to you
  • Be an expert of your market - owning your desk and being able to consult your clients/candidates on their hiring/job hunting needs
  • Working with a 4-day work-week mentality. We do "light" US hours: 10am-7pm Mon-Thurs, regular hours on Fridays: 8:30am-4pm

The Expectations.

  • Native French Speaker
  • Communication is key - the gift of the gab is a plus in this role!
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to build relationships quickly
  • Sales experience is preferred, especially if telesales, fundraising or from estate background
  • Proactive work ethic and eager to learn
  • Up for a challenge and ready to meet set targets
  • Not afraid to cold call and good phone etiquette
  • Driven to see results and success
