Job Description

After a strong start in January 2022 for our NEW Berlin office - we're looking for great humans to help support our growth and success! From strength to strength, we are looking for a Recruitment Manager who will be able to play an impactful role in achieving our goals!

Lawrence Harvey is the technology specialist brand from LHi Group GmbH, an international recruitment agency with 8 offices, including London, New York, Manchester, Bristol, Austin (Texas), Santa Monica (California) and München!

What your role would include:

  • Being a hands-on manager - from a people and business development perspective
  • Generating business for the team and being the go-to person for any matter related to your team and market
  • Managing performance and playing a key role in the growth and success of the office
  • Be a decision-maker for your team, leaning on the office director when needed

Ideal profile:

  • Preferably minimum 2 years of 360 recruitment experience (any industry)
  • Career driven individual - someone who want to make something not only of themselves but helps others strive for more
  • Communication is key - our office of 6 people appreciate someone professional with a bit of banter!
  • You will have the drive, tenacity, and resilience to knock down doors and build relationships with high-end clients and candidates
