After 2 years of success in Bristol, we are growing our contract tech recruitment team and are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join one other teammate (in an office of 10!). We would be looking to quickly grow a team around you once you've developed the market, creating a massive opportunity for growth and impact!

Who we look for:

  • At least 18 months experience in the CONTRACT tech recruitment market is preferred, ideally already in software development
  • Prior experience managing the full-life cycle 360° recruitment process (source, network, screen, recruit, market and close top tier tech talent) is essential
  • Proven track record building up a market would be beneficial
  • You will have the drive, tenacity, and resilience to continue thriving as a Senior/Principal Recruiter and ambition to grow into Leadership roles
