Austin is capitalizing on these by adding the next great Senior Contracts Consultant to their team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• As a Senior Recruiter you'll be using your market expertise to expand our offering across the US by partnering with Fortune 500 companies and VC Backed Startups.
• You will focus on one niche market within Wind, Solar, Energy Storage, Electric Vehicles, GridEdge and so much more.
• You will have the autonomy to build out your desk while learning from the VP of Contracts from Piper Maddox.
• Researching, learning, and staying ahead of the curve on the latest trends and changes within your market.

What Are We Looking For?

• 1 year of contracts experience in building business relationships and placing candidates in their life changing roles.
• You will have the drive, tenacity and resilience to continue thriving as a Senior Recruiter and ambition to grow into Leadership roles.
• Passion for Renewable Energy and the way the world works - have the readiness to make your impact on this market.
• You have an exceptional personality and not afraid to hit the phones to help drive the culture of the office.
