We are now looking for new talent to join our established team within LHi Group as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in order to support the growth and success within the quickly expanding sector. What we expect you to bring with you:

  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience
  • Market knowledge advantageous but not mandatory
  • Looking to take ownership of process and brand image
  • Proven track record of generating new business
  • Ability to negotiate high level contracts and closing deals

What your tasks include:

  • Building up your market by bringing in new clients and candidates
  • Be an expert in your market: market mapping
  • Building relationships with new and existing clients/candidates
  • Meeting your clients and candidates as needed
  • Supporting your manager as needed
  • Meeting set targets and clear progression plans
  • Assisting in mentoring as needed
  • Demonstrate a proactive behaviour to business development and networking
