With a proven pedigree of start-up success, we have an exciting mix of Senior & Graduates in place and looking for experienced consultants to complement our close knit team, step up to mentor and benefit from graduate resourcing and represent our ever building reputation in an exciting time for the business!

The Role

This is a great vacancy to suit a tenacious and goal-driven candidate with a minimum of 18 months 360 recruitment experience and proven billings. Eligible candidates will be energetic; articulate, willingness to mentor graduates and desire to manage.

Following in the footsteps of several case studies across the group, successful candidates will be expected to lead by example. Taking advantage of our strong reputation globally, enjoying the challenge of growing a business. Working a full 360 role; winning new business, managing teams, developing client relationships and mentoring graduate consultants are key responsibilities.

Recruiters will be offered a competitive basic salary depending on experience, with senior recruiters expecting an OTE of £80,000 + (2nd / 3rd year consultants are upwards of 6 figures).
