Piper Maddox, our renewable energy brand is doing just that, with growth of 146% and presence now across all 3 US offices, we are looking to for an experienced contract recruiter to launch their own career with the support from our US MD and a young dynamic team.

With renewable energy being overall ranked one of fasting growing industry in the US, this is an opportunity for you to fast tract your career with the independence to help further build out our Solar, Wind, Electric Vehicles or Energy Storage space.

The role?

The opportunity is to take over a hot desk (due to an internal move) within the contract market. Working directly with the VP, to grow & build out our offering of contract / temp to hire across our 3 niche verticals: Energy Storage, E Mobility and Solar / Wind divisions in our start up office, in downtown Austin.

Key points;

  • Current contract recruitment experience
  • Strong contract negotiation skills
  • Knowledge & understanding of W2 vs 1099
  • Evidence of building a contract desk, market or business unit
  • Strong billings, contract book or mark ups
