The role?

The opportunity is to join our fastest growing brand in our US business. Growth of 146% in last year alone, we are actively looking for '360' / full desk recruiters to continue the growth of the brand and wider LA office. Leveraging relations built over the last 4 years, alongside partnering with new clients, you will be able to put your own stamp on building this lucrative ever growing vertical.

Key points;

• Current 360 (both BD & sourcing) recruitment experience
• Strong negotiation / sales skills
• Evidence of winning multiple new clients
• Self awareness - Massive trait for every good human joining our business (strengths and development areas).
