We are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join one of these 4 specialised brands to help support our growth and success, while we support your own as well.

What we expect you to bring with you:

  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience (any industry)
  • Driven by making a difference
  • Interest in life science industry
  • Looking to take ownership of process and brand image
  • Proven track record of generating new business
  • Ability to negotiate high level contracts and closing deals

What your tasks include:

  • Building up your market by bringing in new clients and candidates
  • Be an expert in your market: market mapping
  • Building relationships with new and existing clients/candidates
  • Meeting your clients and candidates as needed
  • Supporting your manager as needed
  • Meeting set targets and clear progression plans
  • Assisting in mentoring as needed
  • Demonstrate a proactive behaviour to business development and networking
