Senior Recruiter - Cyber Security

We are LHi! A group company consisting of four specialist, non-competing recruitment brands spanning the UK, Europe, and North America. Our group of brands are niche recruitment businesses within Technology, Life Sciences, Renewable Energy, and the Built Environment.

We are quickly becoming the market leaders in Cybersecurity, seeing tremendous results, despite the pandemic, & as a result looking to add experience to help scale & ultimately build a team around.

Who we look for:

• At least 18 months experience in recruitment Prior experience managing the full-life cycle recruitment process (source, network, screen, recruit, market and close top tier tech talent) is essential
• Proven track record building up a market would be beneficial
• You will have the drive, tenacity, and resilience to continue thriving as a Senior/Principal Recruiter and ambition to grow into Leadership roles
• Any spoken/written European languages is also a plus but not required
