Senior Recruiter - Life Sciences

LHi Group is expanding - growing 40% in 2017, set to surpass that in 2018 and opening our 3rd office in 2019 we are steadily taking over and innovating the recruitment industry. Our west coast Santa Monica office is looking for a Senior Recruiter to take part in that growth by joining our SciPro Life Sciences team! SciPro is one of our fastest growing teams, and due to client demand they need passionate and driven Senior Recruiters to come in and run their Pharma desk.

What You'll be Doing:

• Building out your market by reaching out to the best companies in the industry today and developing relationships.
• Qualifying and sourcing the brightest candidates in the industry today to match with your client needs.
• Act as a consultant to high level executives, consulting them on how to go through the hiring process and find the best candidates.

Skills You Need:

• 6+ recruitment and business development experience; track record of success in winning new business and placing the best candidates.
• Passion for the Life Sciences industry and working knowledge of the constant changes within that market
• Hands on throughout the whole process from client retention to candidate placement.
• Drive, tenacity, and resilience to continue success as a Senior Recruiter and the ambition to enter into Leadership roles.
