We are building our Texas office and are ready to have someone come in and hit the ground running, and be an important part of that growth.

• 6+ months recruitment and business development experience.
• Track record of achieving or overachieving goals.
• Working knowledge of the IT industry.
• Willingness to learn, break out of your comfort zone.
• Driven to accomplish weekly and monthly goals.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong interest in growing within the organization.
