At LHi we are looking to grow our team within Data and Analytics of our Technology brand, Lawrence Harvey. It is imperative we have individuals join the team who are, like us, driven to make their stamp on the market and providing the best service to our clients, candidates and each other!

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years' 360 recruitment experience and knowledge working within Analytics, Data warehousing and Data science, as well as evidence of building and growing their market. Confident communication and skills are key and someone who wants to be part of our team and culture, not just stand on the side lines!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • As a Senior Recruiter you'll be using your market expertise to expand our offering across the UK and Europe
  • You will have the autonomy to build out your desk while learning from the Associate Director of Lawrence Harvey
  • Researching, learning, and staying ahead of the curve on the latest trends and changes within your market

What Are We Looking For?

  • Ideally 2-4 years of recruitment experience in managing a 360° recruitment cycle and proven track record in a niche market
  • You will have the drive, tenacity and resilience to continue thriving as a senior recruiter
  • Passionate for Technology and the drive to make your impact on this market
  • You have an exceptional personality and not afraid drive the culture of the office
