Look no further! We are currently seeking a Sr. Recruitment Consultant/Team Lead within our top performing Life Sciences team, SciPro Global. An exciting opportunity to join our expanding New York office and work closely with the VP of SciPro to help grow the life sciences division on the East Coast and further develop a team within their own niche vertical.

Each of our consultants operate as SME within their field to provide expert service to our clients.



The Sr. Consultant or Team Lead will join the SciPro team with autonomy to establish and grow the Quality practice.

Immersed in a fast-paced environment, where you will be engaging with large to small pharmaceuticals companies as a SME, helping them with their end to end staffing needs.

This role will be full cycle recruitment focused, delivering top talent to existing clients whilst further developing these relationships and seeking opportunities to develop new business.

Responsible for hiring and developing new staff members; nurturing the current talent and supporting new hires to also grow their teams will also be key to your success in the role.



Prior experience managing the full-life cycle candidate recruitment process (source, network, screen, recruit, market and close top tier life sciences talent)

Exposure in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry would be preferred.

Ability build a desk, establishing candidate and client relationships within your specialized vertical.

Strong candidate and client management and development background

BA / BS from an accredited 4-year university preferred
