Team Lead - Cyber Security - New York, NY

Ready to run your own team? Our exceptional, and one of the fastest growing brands in the US, Lawrence Harvey is looking for someone to come in and take over a high performing 3 person team on one of the hottest desks currently in our NYC office. Our current Team Lead has moved up internally to higher position within the business and is ready to mentor and train the next great LHi Leader.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading, mentoring, and nurturing a team of 3 high performing consultants.
• Expanding on current team, training new members.
• Managing already built key accounts while creating new long lasting and lucrative relationships with our clients.
• Running a 360 desk - focusing on business development as well as finding the best candidates for your clients.

What Are We Looking For?

• Prior experience managing a 360 desk - including business development, screening, cold calling, and placing candidates.
• Experience managing, training, or mentoring a team in a leadership capacity.
• Self-motivated, organized and detailed oriented.
• Ability to manage client and candidate development.
