After successfully moving part of our team from Bristol to London in August 2020, we are looking for a team lead who would report into our Associate Director, and have 2 direct reports drip fed to them once they're up and running in the team and business, and assist in growing the team to 10 by June 2021.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • As a Senior Recruiter you'll be using your market expertise to expand our offering across the UK and Europe
  • You will focus on one niche market within Electric Vehicles, GridEdge, CleanTech and so much more
  • You will have the autonomy to build out your desk while learning from the Associate Director of Piper Maddox
  • Start leading the team with the goal to eventually manage and grow your own team
  • Researching, learning, and staying ahead of the curve on the latest trends and changes within your market

What Are We Looking For?

  • Ideally 3-4 years of recruitment experience in managing a 360° recruitment cycle and proven track record in a niche market
  • You will have the drive, tenacity and resilience to continue thriving as a lead recruiter
  • Passionate for Renewable Energy and the way the world works - have the readiness to make your impact on this market
  • You have an exceptional personality and not afraid to hit the phones to help drive the culture of the office
