After 2 years of success in Bristol, we are growing our tech recruitment team and are seeking a Tech Recruitment Lead Consultant to join our office of 9!
Reporting to the Associate Director who heads up the Bristol office, we're creating an opportunity for you to not only manage a team from day 1 but we would be looking to develop a team around you, leading not only the team but the brand as well, creating a massive opportunity for growth and impact!
Who we look for:
- Minimum 2 years experience in the tech recruitment market is preferred
- Experience managing, mentoring or leading is appreciated
- Prior experience managing the full-life cycle 360° recruitment process (source, network, screen, recruit, market and close top tier tech talent) is essential
- Proven track record building up a market would be beneficial
- You will have the drive, tenacity, and resilience to continue thriving as a Senior/Principal Recruiter and ambition to grow into Leadership roles
