Recruitment is a vast industry worth £35.1 Billion per year, with LHi Group experiencing growth of 40% in 2017 and big plans for 2018! Recruitment will build your skills in business development, sales, negotiation & communication.

We provide an award winning training programme written and taught by our in-house trainer & supported by our Director of London & Tom Glanfield - CEO and founder of LHi. You will learn everything you need to know to be successful in Recruitment…from Business Development to negotiating terms of business. Your training is intense when you first start, with refresher sessions provided throughout your career.

You will start as an Associate consultant on £20,000 whilst you are learning, then, upon completion of three deals…you will then be promoted to a Consultant. We estimate you will be promoted within 6 months, with a promotion every year until you reach Team Lead level. This of course…is all down to you! The harder you work, the more placements you make, the faster you will be promoted and the bigger your commission checks! On average Yr1 you will earn £10-15,000 in commission…OTE £30-35,000.
