Making a Difference: LHi Group’s Charity Efforts in 2025
At LHi Group, giving back has always been part of who we are. We know the work we do goes beyond recruitment, it’s also about the difference we can make in the communities around us.
This International Day of Charity, we want to shine a light on the amazing efforts of our teams across the globe. Each office has chosen a cause close to their hearts, and together they’ve been rolling up their sleeves, fundraising, volunteering, and getting creative to raise awareness. It’s proof that when we come together, even the small things can have a big impact.
Here’s a look at what our teams have been up to in 2025, and what’s still ahead.
New York – Supporting GoProject & Ronald McDonald House
For the third year running, our New York office is proud to support GoProject, an organisation dedicated to helping under-resourced students across the city thrive, from elementary school all the way through high school. By providing mentorship, guidance, and resources, GoProject ensures that young people not only succeed academically but also gain the confidence to explore future career paths. Our team has loved getting directly involved, giving students a glimpse into different professions and the possibilities ahead of them.
This year, the office has also partnered with Ronald McDonald House (RMHC), which provides families with children undergoing medical treatment a place to stay, warm meals, and everyday support. It’s a cause that makes a real difference during incredibly difficult times, and the team is excited to get involved by serving meals, creating care packages, gardening, and spending time with the families staying at the House.
So far in 2025, New York has hosted the Great LHi NYC Bake Off, run a lively Lunch Club Auction, and supported GoProject’s Summer School through hands-on volunteering. Looking ahead, the team is preparing for a charity gala in October, an auction in September, and ESG Day activities, all to continue building meaningful connections and impact in their community.

Miami – Supporting Camillus House
In Miami, the team is continuing their partnership with Camillus House, a local charity that supports people experiencing homelessness with meals, housing, skills training, and social programmes. It’s a cause that gives the whole office the chance to get involved directly, whether through fundraising or hands-on volunteering.
This year they’ve already run a Western Murder Mystery night, joined in the March Madness spirit with a basketball fundraiser, and kept things fun with payday lotteries and office fines. Next up, they’ll be spending a day volunteering at the Camillus House soup kitchen, joining in ESG Day activities, and hosting their “Ou est le poulet?” scavenger hunt, a light-hearted game that’s also a great way to get to know the local area.

Austin – Supporting Austin Sunshine Camp
The Austin office is proud to partner with Austin Sunshine Camp, a camp which provides a safe and supportive environment for children aged 8–15 who are in foster care or qualify for free or reduced school lunches. This gives these children opportunities to explore, connect, and grow through activities they might not otherwise be able to afford. It’s a cause that really resonates with the team, as it allows them to give back locally while making a positive impact on young lives.
So far this year, the team has spent a charity day volunteering at the camp and hosted creative fundraisers like their Kentucky Derby event, a trivia night, and office fines. Looking ahead, they’ve got a Yoga Night, another ESG Day, and payday lotteries lined up to keep the support going.

Los Angeles – Supporting the American Heart Association
For the second year, our LA office is supporting the American Heart Association, a cause that holds personal meaning for the team. Inspired by Imogen Simpkin’s connection to the charity as she honours her father’s memory, the office has continued to champion heart health by raising awareness, funding research, and encouraging healthier lifestyles.
So far this year, the team has hosted a trivia night, started the morning with yoga, and organised a bake sale to raise funds and awareness. Looking ahead, they’ll be taking part in a walkathon, joining an ESG Day beach clean-up in October, and bringing back their silent disco, an event that’s quickly become a highlight in LA’s fundraising calendar.
