The Overview

Based on a combination of both office and brand performance, we are extremely excited to promote this opportunity for an experienced billing manager to take the reins of THE most successful team in the US right now. We are actively looking for a hands-on people manager, to complement the existing team & look to build out a complimentary market within the Data Centre sphere. This pivotal role will help drive the success and expansion of our Harper Harrison through 2025 and beyond.

  • Take on PNL of a team of 4, currently performing at $41k PPH.
  • People Management responsibilities of existing team & build of new market.
  • BD / Job flow support from Commercial Team.
  • Mentorship from Global Brand Director.

We're well positioned to embrace the arts and culture scene, exciting restaurants, nightlife, outdoor shopping and picturesque Bayfront parks. We outgrew our first office within 18 months, taking a select few of our highest performers & attracting senior / graduate local talent along the way.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven track-record of success building a recruitment desk mentoring or managing a team buildout.
  • Sales and Recruitment experience required.
  • A desire for in-office presence with management/leadership aspirations
  • Experience in leading a candidate focused team to generate healthy revenue and maintain business.
  • A self-motivated, and initiative-taker attitude with the ability to identify, and create new opportunities alongside our global top billing leadership team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Competitive salary ($80,000-$120,000K base) + lucrative team override; quarterly, half year, and full year bonuses
