Which office is this role based in?

Our Miami office – which is our most recent US office and start up life doesn’t get more luxurious than our new Miami home. Located in the sophisticated Sabadell Financial Center building, in the heart of Brickell – the thriving business district. We’re well positioned to embrace the arts and culture scene, exciting restaurants, nightlife, outdoor shopping and picturesque bayfront parks.
What does the role entail?

This is a candidate sourcing role with zero business development targets or expectations to sign new clients!

You will be sourcing candidates for top performers in the Miami office, who have a consistent pipeline of 10+ vacancies, from a diverse portfolio of clients.

Day-to-day you will be creating talent pools, expanding your network within a niche real estate market, headhunting suitable candidates to tempt them from their current roles into new, exciting opportunities, presenting shortlists to clients and managing multiple interview processes.

We would like to meet with candidates who have some exposure to recruitment or sales environments, who are comfortable speaking to senior candidates in the built environment space.

What’s in it for you?

$50,000 base salary + $10,000 guarantee for year 1 = $60,000
