The opportunity:  

This is the opportunity to join as a Business Development Representative with LHi Group in our Built Environment brand, Harper Harrison, voted as the number one recruitment company in the UK to work for.

Tailored training academy. Our bespoke training course “Ignition” consists of a 12-week program where you will be taken through the different stages of recruitment, developing your sales skills and market knowledge, to become an independent graduate recruitment consultant. Taking place both in the classroom and on desk, you will be assisted with sourcing candidates and understanding a qualification call to effective business development.


What the role includes: 

• You are a consultant to a client and candidate, managing expectations and guiding them through an interview process

• Responsible for finding new clients to work with and sourcing possible candidates for those clients and potential roles you win. Either over the phone or face to face

• Business Development: Create and develop relationships with new and existing clients

• Market mapping to identify and partner with new businesses and candidates within your market

• Lead generation

• Competitive base salary starting at $50,000 (negotiable depending on experience) with uncapped, no threshold commission and a guarantee of $10,000
